Construction Logistics Planning (CLP) Practitioner Training delivered online by CLOCS
This training course is the next step after CLP Foundation training and looks at the impact of sector growth on construction logistics and road related risk, CLPs through the planning process and discusses the importance of early collaboration, assessing vehicle movements and exploring planned measures.
It aims to equip you with the tools to begin to develop, assess and deliver CLPs to effectively meet the requirements of making a full assessment of all phases of construction.
Delegates will look what is involved in submitting a CLP, the benefits of early collaboration and who should be involved and when. CLP Practitioner training highlights the importance of using planned measures, estimating vehicle movements using the CLOCS CLP tool, as well as CLP evaluation, how to critique and the benefits of getting it right.
Real life case studies and videos bring CLPs to life, encouraging delegates to explore the role of the CLP, discuss their own experience so far and consider what to do differently following the course.
The CLP Practitioner Training is delivered across 2 consecutive mornings via Zoom.
Attendance of this course is a prerequisite for attending our CLP Advanced Training.
