The current management team joined forces in 1994 and since then Knight Build has become renowned for complete shell & core projects, complex basement construction, structural alterations, demolition, underpinning, piling, concrete frames, groundwork, brickwork, roofing work and drainage solutions. We pride ourselves upon our ability to undertake the most challenging projects – Projects from which other contractors shy away. Part of the reason for this is that we have heavily invested in dedicated resources and design expertise which helps us to develop schemes before they go to planning. This means that many of the potential ‘pitfalls’ are foreseen and can be overcome at a very early stage of the project. We back ourselves to deliver our projects on-time and on-budget no matter how complex and challenging. In addition, we are able to find practical and efficient solutions to any change in circumstance. We also have the management capability and enthusiasm to undertake Design and Build Contracts which can simplify the whole construction process for some of our clients. In addition to this we can provide Pre-Construction Services (PCS) such as Construction Traffic Management Plans (CTMPs), advice on the buildability of projects, party wall methodologies and Construction Management Plans (CMPs), all of which are well regarded by local authorities and which further assists with a project’s smooth journey through the planning phase and into reality.
