Freight in the City Expo 2019

30 July 2019

Taking place on 6 November 2019 in London’s Alexandra Palace, Freight in the City Expo will be full of key decision-makers looking for the latest technology and equipment to make urban freight movements safer, cleaner, quieter and more efficient.

Visitors to the exhibition are interested in topics ranging from zero-emission zones through to autonomous last-mile deliveries and smarter ways to transport goods, from the smallest parcels to the largest aggregates. So if you have products aimed at this field, then this is the perfect opportunity to talk to buyers.

Seminars will take place throughout the day in the hall, led by a top line-up of industry experts examining successful trials and urban logistics projects taking place throughout the world. These are held in the centre of the exhibition hall surrounded by stands, creating a flow of foot traffic through the area.

Exhibitors also benefit from editorial exposure on the Motor Transport and Commercial Motor websites, stories in the fortnightly Freight in the City newsletter, and featuring in the marketing campaign for the event across email and social media channels.

“It’s the ideal opportunity for businesses looking to highlight their range of city fleet technology, vehicles and services to an engaged audience of urban logistics stakeholders.” Hayley Pink, urban editor, Motor Transport

Last year’s event attracted urban logistics stakeholders, including major fleet managers and procurers, city council policy-makers, retailers, manufacturers and government representatives.

Exhibitor space is limited so book soon! Space only stands are £90 + VAT per square metre. Shell stands of 3×3 metres are priced at £2,300 + VAT and come with power, light and carpet.
